What we believe

Every human being has strengths and weaknesses. And each individual should be aware of both, so as to build on his or her strengths, and address his or her weaknesses.

We are convinced that all people have the potential for further development.

Learning is a lifelong process. There is potential for learning hidden in every mistake that we make.

Every individual, every team, every organisation goes through a crisis at some time. No matter how unpleasant such situations may be, they ultimately offer us a chance to grow.

People act within the context of a particular social environment.

The picture that we have of ourselves is not necessarily the same as the one others have of us.

Every mature person shoulders responsibility for his or her own actions. We bear the responsibility for what we do and for what we do not do.  

To truly realise something means being changed by this realisation and showing it through our actions.

There is no objective world. The world is as we perceive it. We change the world by thinking about it differently. So we are not simply subjected to a particular world: we play a role in defining it.
