Quality standards

We guarantee to provide our services at the highest level and in line with the current assessment standards. Benoit Consulting AG performs assessments with utmost care. The assessors commit themselves to the best possible quality standard and always examine the correctness and quality of documents and reports. Benoit Consulting AG is a certified member of "SWISS ASSESSMENT" (www.swissassessment.ch) and adheres to its standards.

Respect and fairness

Dealing with our customers and clients as well as with our candidates, we strictly adhere to values such as professionalism, fairness, transparency and respect. We also comply with these principles both within the team and with our partners in our daily work.

Professionalism

We act equally towards all candidates. We acknowledge that sympathy and antipathy are natural phenomena and we are entirely aware of the feelings that sympathy and antipathy may evoke. Therefore, we focus on the behavioral patterns candidates' show, and not on what they trigger in us. We do not use any elements of surprise in our assessments and guarantee the candidates a challenging, but fair, transparent and comprehensible diagnostic procedure.

Conflict of interest

We offer our candidates a neutral and professional environment and create a set up – not least because of different and varied (multimodal) tasks - which enables them to optimally demonstrate their potential. Considering this, we, for example, withdraw from a mandate whenever we cannot ensure neutrality and objectivity, or if there are conflicts of interest.

Confidentiality

We are committed to absolute confidentiality regarding the information we gather from our customers and candidates whilst executing a mandate. We also treat all their documents and reports confidentially. This confidentiality obligation persists to its full extent even after order completion. All confidential files are properly disposed of by a suitable specialized company.

Data protection

All dossiers and documents of the candidates are treated confidentially and stored under lock and key at secured places (see data protection process - Check Point 17 of the Swiss assessment standards).

Duty of care

The documents and tools provided by Benoit Consulting AG are used by all assessors with the greatest possible care. All instruments and products are the property of Benoit Consulting AG. The Assessors commit themselves to not make copies for any other use and to fully respect the intellectual property of Benoit Consulting AG. Copies may only be produced in agreement with Benoit Consulting AG.

Assessment reports

The results of the assessments relate directly to the behavior shown and the statements made by the candidates during the assessment. The assessment reports are prepared on the principle of utmost good faith and based on the information available to Benoit Consulting AG. These reports are likewise to be treated confidentially by third parties and are only delivered to the ordering party. Normally, this is the client.

Right to inspection

As a basic principle the reports are delivered directly to the clients. Candidates will be presented with the report during a feedback meeting. Exceptionally and at the request of the client, it can be agreed that the client itself will issue the report directly to the candidate, or that the report is not handed over to the candidate at all. In this special case, the candidate has at least the right to inspect the report, take brief notes, but not take the report with them.

Liability

No warranty or liability claims can be asserted against Benoit Consulting AG for any decisions or steps taken by a person, a principal or a third party based on the information from the assessment reports.

Validality of reports

Benoit Consulting AG assumes a validity of the statements made in an assessment report of two years.
