With a career counselling you will gain clarity to your professional issues. Our offer addresses professionals of all occupational fields and industries, specialists and leaders, employed and returners.
We consider ourselves in the role of a process facilitators. Together with you, we will reflect your current situation and, based on well-founded methods, develop an individual solution.

Do you wish your career to gain momentum, but you do not know what direction it should take?
Would you like to reflect on your skills and interests with professional support and find ways to make better use of them in the future?
Are you seeking a further education or training, but you are not sure what makes most sense?

What can you expect from us?
We will support you according to your needs. It is you who determines the contents, the number and the pace of the consultations.
Experience shows that career counselling covers three to five meetings of 60 to 90 minutes.
At the beginning, we clarify your issues and define your goals.
Then we build up the next steps.
Interest and personality questionnaires can assist you in developing measures.
Upon request, we will work out an application strategy and a professional application dossier with you.
Languages
We offer career guidance in German and French.
Price
Price per hour: CHF 250.--, plus VAT (7.7%). We additionally charge the use of appropriate instruments, such as a personality questionnaire, only if conducted.
