About us
Benoit Consulting was founded in 2001 by Andreas Benoit. We are specialized in the development and implementation of tailor-made solutions in the areas of assessment centers, leadership development, career consulting and coaching.
We operate in Switzerland and China, and provide our services in English, French, German and Chinese. For many years, our numerous customers have appreciated our reliable, service-oriented and efficient working methods.
For larger projects, we work with external partners in Switzerland and abroad, with which we have developed a close working relationship. We are a SQS-certified member of Swiss Assessment and the Swiss representative of the Global Alliance for Performance Improvement.
