The assessment report and recommendations are written under the principle of utmost good faith and based on all information currently available to Benoit Consulting AG. It describes, with great professionalism and care, observations directly relating to the behaviour candidates actually display as well as the statements they make during the assessment.

The assessment report should be considered as an indicator of the candidates’ abilities and potential at the time of the assessment. This indicator serves to significantly increase the probability of a successful selection, career planning and development decision.

We believe that every person continually develops his or her competencies and skills. Therefore, the results from this assessment merely reflect the given moment. Individual behaviours can change over time.

No warranty or liability claims may be declared against Benoit Consulting AG for any decisions or steps which are taken by a person, an entity or a third party based on the information of this assessment report.

Benoit Consulting AG is a member of the Swiss Competence Centre for assessment procedures www.swissassessment.ch. Since 2013, we are Swissassessment / SQS certified and consequently adhere to the required standards.
