Do you want to fill a vacancy with the most suitable specialist and manager? Book an assessment and get a professional second opinion. You will minimize the risk of making a wrong decision and avoid the resulting potentional high costs.

For all management levels
We provide assessments covering all management levels. We select the assessment team as well as the specific assessment tasks accordingly.

Duration and implementation

  • Normally, an assessment takes a whole day.

  • In the course of that day, up to six competencies can be assessed.

  • In a half-day assessment, we assess three competencies.

  • If appropriate, we integrate online tasks, which need to be processed in advance.

  • In addition to the basic report, you can have the following content:

    • Management Summary

    • Development suggestions

    • Graphical presentation of the results comparing actual versus target performance

    • Our recommendation

  • The report is available within two to three working days.

We provide assessment centers in German, French and English.

The price for an assessment center varies and is based on the following criteria:

  • Management level

  • Full or half day duration

  • The desired scope of thre report

We grant price reduction for assessments in case of large volume orders per year. For example: A full-day assessment at middle management level with a basic report costs CHF 5'500.-- plus VAT (7.7%).

Potential analysis

Do you want to find out if your employees are ready to take on a new management role? A potential analysis reveals, whether the basic requirements are met and whether development measures are necessary.

Mainly for junior staff
Potential assessments are normally used for junior staff. We develop the requirements together with you. This includes, for example, the selection of the competencies and criteria.

Duration and implementation
A potential assessment usually takes a whole day. This allows the evaluation of six leadership competencies. The tasks can either be aligned with a specific position or with a more general scope like, for instance, "Team Leader" level.

Languages
We provide potential evaluations in German, French and English.

Price
The price for a potential analysis varies and is related to the following criteria:

  • Full or half-day implementation

  • The desired scope of the report

A full day potential assessment with six competencies costs CHF 5'500.--, CHF 3'500.-- is the base cost for a half-day implementation with three competences. The prices are exclusive of VAT (7.7%).

Project managers

Project managers have a high level of responsibility both in technical and in management terms. As such, they have a significant influence on the success of a company. We provide an assessment center, which has been designed specifically for project managers.

For project managers
This assessment has been designed specifically for projects leaders. Based on the IPMA Level A, B, or C, we evaluate the required competencies of this target group. The assessment tasks reflect the challenges these professionals face on a daily business and are selected from our extensive range according to the required level of project responsibility.

Typically the competencies required are:

  • Planning and organizational skills

  • Efficiency / effectiveness

  • Analyzing and solving problems

  • Entrepreneurial thinking and behaviour

  • Leadership of project members

Duration and implementation
Assessments for project managers are either half-day or a full day, depending on the number of competencies to be evaluated. For three competencies, a half-day assessment is sufficient. A full day is needet for six competencies.

Groups

Are you looking for a partner who will design and implement one-day or multi-day group assessments for you? We recommend including HR and line managers in the assessment process. We will provide them with training in advance to ensure that the observations and reports are of the required quality.

A group assessment center is a format in which several candidates take part simultaneously. Usually, the participants are already managers showing potential for the next level of management within the organization. Often, such an assessment center has an integral part of a promotion process.

Duration and implementation
Group assessments usually take one to two days. To ensure quality, we assume responsibility for the design of the assessment center and for the supervision. It's worth including HR and line management in the observation and assessment process; It will help your own assessors to sharpen their observational and evaluation competencies.

Duration and implementation
The duration of a development center depends on the company’s needs. In general, a clearly structured program of several months is advisable.

We recommend the following procedure:

  1. Evaluate each candidate's development needs in tailor-made assessment centers.

  2. Define specific learning goals that are captured in a binding agreement.

  3. Implement practice-based seminars and learning on the job to meet the learning objectives.

  4. Optional: take part in an internal project with practical relevance.

  5. Hold periodical reflection sessions together with an internal or external coach.

  6. Review the learning goals, for example, by again attending an assessment center.
