The current economic situation in the bookstore chain is tight. Therefore, different measures need to be initiated. As a result, the existing product range is, among other things, to be added “with non-book products”. It is the regional manager’s task to implement the new sales strategy as quickly and smoothly as possible, which requires a detailed analysis of the situation.

Implementation and evaluation
The participants receive an e-mail with an individual access link, which they can run on any PC/Laptop.

Target groups
This procedure was conceived as a challenging task for top managers (specialists, professionals and executives).

Duration and implementation
After the introduction, the participants have 120 minutes time to read 14 e-mails with a variety of information and write their respective thoughts, ideas, questions and answers in the appropriate fields. Additionally, the participants must assess the facts and consider what actions are to be undertaken to address the queries, statistics and other facts. Finally, they give an overall assessment and answer specific questions relating to the case.

This case is available in German.

Prices
The unit price per evaluation including a report with qualitative statements amounts to CHF 550.-- plus VAT (7.7%).
